Mr. Miolane has more than 25 years of experience, specialized in transformation, turnaround and special situations. He has significant experience in Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Executive Officer, advisor and board roles, often in accelerated or distressed situations. Raphaël also leads the Office of the CFO Solutions Practice for France.

Mr. Miolane has significant experience in unlocking performance and growth, with his dual experience of management consulting and executive roles. He has worked on strategic projects, performance and value creation plans, operations and commercial turnarounds and organisation blueprints, including carve-out and digital transformation across Europe, Russia and North America.

After starting his career at Procter & Gamble in sales and marketing, Mr. Miolane joined the Boston Consulting Group, where he led numerous projects in the retail, food and telecom industries. He worked at Yum! Brands for nearly 10 years, serving in CFO and CEO positions at KFC and Pizza Hut. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Raphael also held CEO mandates in the food services including Courtepaille, Le Duff Group and Subway.

Mr. Miolane is a board member of the Young President Organisation France and sits on the MEDEF tax advisory board, a leading network of French entrepreneurs. He is also an advisor for STS Capital Partners, an M&A boutique for entrepreneurial business owners.

Mario Garcia Ribeiro is an Investment Director at the Private Equity team of Schroders Capital, the private assets investment division of Schroders with over $90bn AuM. Mario joined Schroders Capital in 2018 and leads the firm’s PE investments in Benelux, France and Iberia across direct /co-investments and primaries. Prior to Schroders Capital, he combined direct PE experience in the Spanish mid-market with Investment Banking experience at Santander Bank where he advised private equity firms and corporates on M&A transactions. Mario lived in 6 countries and started his career focused on the venture side based in San Francisco (USA).

Mr. Grenier has been the Chief Financial Officer of Emeria Group (emeria.eu) since January 2018.
He is in charge of Emeria’s finance, mergers and acquisitions and integration, legal, compliance,
procurement and internal audit. Before joining the Management Board of Emeria, Mr. Grenier
worked as a partner at Argon & Co., a management consulting firm. Between October 2011 and
May 2015, Mr. Grenier served as Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer in charge of France, India
and the transformation of the finance function and member of the management committee
within the Altran group. Before taking on these responsibilities, Mr. Grenier worked for more
than 10 years within the Schlumberger group, at the time a world leader in petroleum services,
and exercised a complementary panel of functions such as internal auditor in Houston, Texas,
regional financial director in North Africa, and Corporate Treasurer for Europe, Africa & Russia.
His last mandate was as Chief Financial Officer of the Geoservices group, acquired by
Schlumberger in May 2010.
Mr Grenier is an active investor in Green Tech early-stage companies and is an active shareholder
and Partner of Public Serv-ce, which is a design centric and visionary clean apparel brand infused
with evolutionary genes and environmental values.
Mr. Grenier graduated from Paris Dauphine University and obtained his MBA within the TRIUM
alliance, delivered by the New York Stern Business School, the London School of Economics and
HEC Paris.
