Arnaud Petit est le Président d’Edmond de Rothschild Corporate Finance et possède près de 20 ans d’expérience dans le conseil en Fusions & Acquisitions. Il a rejoint le groupe Edmond de Rothschild fin 2014.
Avant de rejoindre le groupe, il occupait le poste de Directeur chez Rothschild & Cie aux Affaires Financières, activité dedié au conseil en Fusions & Acquisitions sur le segment des opérations de taille conséquente (supérieures à 1 Mds€).
Arnaud a débuté sa carrière chez Lazard aux Affaires Financières. Il a notamment pu travailler des secteurs assez divers comme l’aérien (fusion Air France KLM) ou l’aéronautique (transaction d’apport des activités de Transport et Spatial d’Alcatel à Thalès). En 2007, il rejoint le bureau français de Lehman Brothers, qui deviendra Nomura en 2009. En 2010, il rejoint l’équipe des Affaires Financières chez Rothschild & Cie au poste de sous-directeur. Durant ces 5 années aux Affaires Financières, il a notamment pu travailler sur les secteurs Utilities (fusion entre GDF SUEZ et International Power, rachat des minoritaires d’International Power), des matériaux de construction (fusion entre Lafarge et Holcim et vente d’Etanco à 3i) En plus de ses activités professionnelles de Banquier d’Affaires, Arnaud a dispensé des cours de Finance (M&A approfondi et analyse financière) à Sciences Po Paris dans le cadre de la Majeure Stratégie et Finance (2008 - 2015) et à l’ESCP

Karsten Langer Managing Partner, The Riverside Company Karsten Langer joined Riverside in 2006 and is the Managing Partner of Riverside Europe. Karsten previously led multiple teams and investments in various parts of Europe and created Riverside’s European origination team. He has also served as chairman of Invest Europe (previously EVCA - European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association). Prior to Riverside, Mr. Langer was Managing Partner of an independent corporate finance firm in Brussels, advising on numerous transactions across Europe for multinationals and private equity firms. Mr. Langer also spent five years with GE Capital Europe, including as Chief Operating Officer of TIP and Modular Space, and in corporate business development. Mr. Langer began his career with Danske Bank in Copenhagen. Mr. Langer holds a BSc from Copenhagen Business School, and a master’s in Management from ESCP Europe.

Benoit Choppin joined CAPZA in 2006 as a Senior Associate, after gaining initial experience at EPF Partners (APAX small caps). He was promoted Principal in 2008, Director in 2010, Partner in 2014 and Managing Partner in 2021.Benoit was instrumental in building CAPZA’s Flex Equity Franchise, which offers flexible financing solutions combining majority or minority capital, convertible bonds and mezzanine debt to support SMEs.Benoit has originated and executed a dozen transactions over the past 5 years. He was also actively involved in the fundraising process of the Flex Equity strategy, which has grown from €350m for the 2017 vintage to €700m for the 2020 vintage, with a strong diversification of the LP base.Benoit graduated from ESSCA (2003).
