A partner in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance Advisory team, a company he joined in 2007, Stephane has more than 20 years’ experience in M&A advisory, chiefly in the mid-cap segment. He mainly acts for entrepreneurs, family-run businesses and large groups in LBOs, divestments and acquisitions, notably in the TMT, business services and energy sectors. Stephane began his career at BNP in London, then spent seven years at Mazars Corporate Finance between 2000 and 2007, leading its financial evaluation and engineering activities.

Morgan Kessous is a partner at Revaia, a leading investor in sustainable innovation. He invests in European growth-stage companies with global ambitions and sustainable leadership, helping them to develop from the growth stage to IPO or buyout. Prior to joining Revaia in 2018, Morgan was the co-founder and CFO of Wing, an e-commerce logistics startup that targets retail players and Digital Native Vertical Brands and operates in several French cities. He accompanied the company through its growth phase and led its financing.

Previously, Morgan worked in the Leveraged Finance department of BNP Paribas CIB.

Morgan sits on the boards of Epsor, Planity and Platform.sh.

He graduated from EMLyon Business School and also studied at East China Normal University and Copenhagen Business School.
