BCM is a French Official Receivers’ company registered on the French national list of court-appointed receivers and made up of four partners. The founders being Mr. Eric Bauland and Mr. Charles-Henri Carboni and their partners Mr Jean-Baptiste Albertini and Mr Alain Niogret. Thanks to the support of 50 associates across 6 offices, BCM provides main stakeholders and their legal advisors the tools needed for both (i) pre-insolvency proceedings and (ii) judicial proceedings, when applicable.
