What happens if you have to cancel ?
1) If a participant is unable to attend the event, she/he must inform the organizer, with details of the substitute participant by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A substitute of the similar professional level is welcome at no extra charge.
2) In case a participant wishes to cancel without substitution, kindly be informed of the following:
â€¢ Notification before October 15th 2012, will bear an administration charge of 50% of the purchase
â€¢ For notification after October 15th 2012 full payment will be charged and no refunds will be accepted
â€¢ Only registered participants can attend; please request permission for spouse, etcâ€¦
